Your resume, aimed at the job

Matched to the posting. Every number is yours.

Prept reads your resume into facts you confirm, matches each one to what the posting asks for, and writes the resume from those facts alone. When the posting wants something you cannot back up, you are told, not covered for.

The rejection black box

Recruiter emails leave you stuck in a trial-and-error loop.

Every week spent searching costs another week of salary. Stop repeating the same interview mistakes, round after round.

The recruiter’s email

“We decided to move in another direction.”

  • The same template goes to every candidate, and it says nothing about how you did.
  • You walk into the next interview with the same answers that lost the last one.
  • Hours of research, tailored resumes and trips to interviews, with nothing to show for them.

Outcome: the same mistake, next round

The Prept debrief

“At 14:20, your answer had no number behind it.”

  • It shows you the moment an answer lost its shape, or lost the room.
  • It gives you the words to say instead, built from your own stories.
  • Every finding quotes what you actually said, not a generic tip.

Outcome: a better answer, next round

After every round

What happens after you hang up.

01

Record your round

Start Prept’s recorder on your laptop before the call. Every time, it reminds you to ask for consent first, and gives you the line to say.

02

The room, analysed

Once the call ends, Prept transcribes it and reads every answer for structure, evidence and numbers, how you handled trade-offs, and the questions you asked.

03

Get your real debrief

See the moments where you lost the room, each one quoted, and copy the words to say instead in your next round.

The offer journey

Set up once in about ten minutes. Then every new posting takes a paste and a click.

Upload your resume. Get an honest review in a minute.

Not a pat on the back. Expect to learn something true about your resume that you did not know and slightly did not want to hear, with the line it is about quoted back to you.

  • An ATS score with the specific reasons behind it
  • Every strength and weakness quotes your own line
  • No numbers on your resume? Type the figures only you know, and the weak line is rewritten around them
  • A warning if software cannot read your resume at all, before another application goes out as a blank page

Questions

What people ask before they sign up.

Is this an interview cheating tool?

No. Prept shows you nothing during a call. All of the analysis happens afterwards, so you walk into your next round better prepared, not wired up to a script.

Will it make things up to fit a job posting?

It cannot. A tailored resume is built only from facts you confirmed, each line points back to its fact, and a line stating a figure your facts do not contain is rejected before you see it. What a posting asks for and you cannot evidence is listed for you instead.

Is it legal to record my interviews?

Yes, as long as your interviewer knows and agrees. Just ask at the start: "Do you mind if I record this for my notes?" Almost nobody says no. Prept only uses the audio to write your transcript and does not keep it afterwards, so it works like taking notes during the interview. Prept asks you to confirm you have asked before every recording.

Do I have to record interviews to use it?

No. Many people start with the resume review and tailored resumes alone. Debriefs are there for when you have a round worth learning from.

What can I upload?

A PDF, Word document, RTF, Markdown or plain text file, up to 15 MB. A scanned PDF has no text to read, so export your resume from Word or Google Docs instead.

What happens to my resume and recordings?

We use your resume to show you what to fix and to write a tailored version for each job you apply to, laid out so ATS software reads it cleanly and worded to match the posting. Everything in it comes from your own resume: we never invent numbers, titles or results. Recordings are turned into a transcript and the audio is then deleted. It all belongs to your account, and you can delete any resume version or transcript at any time.

What if my resume has no numbers in it?

That is who the review helps most. It points to the exact lines that need a figure and asks the question that finds it. Type whatever you know, even one figure out of three, and the line is rewritten around it. Nothing is estimated for you.

Stop walking into your next interview making the same mistakes.
