Questions people actually ask

What counts against my allowance?

Three things, because measurement showed only three cost real money: a tailored application (the posting read, the fit check, the resume and the prep sheet), interview minutes (transcription and the debrief written from it), and job postings read and scored on their own.

Everything else is included and uncounted — your resume review, your story, prep sheets, and re-reading anything you have already made.

What happens when I run out?

You are told before the work starts, never halfway through it, and you can top up or move up a plan. Nothing you have already made ever becomes unreadable — reading is free on every plan, forever, including after you cancel.

Does a failed run cost me anything?

No. Work is only counted once it has succeeded. A model that times out, a recording that will not transcribe, a draft that fails our own checks — none of it is charged.

What if I get the job in week two?

Cancel, and access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. That is the outcome we are aiming for, so we are not going to make it awkward.

Can I get a refund?

If you have not used the paid features, ask within 14 days and we will refund you in full. Once you have used them — a resume tailored, a posting analysed, an interview transcribed — the purchase is not refundable, because that work was done and cost real money the moment you asked for it. That is also why the free tier exists. The full policy is in the terms.

Will the price change?

If it does, we will tell you before it affects you, and no existing account is charged a new price without agreeing to it.
